The Ministry of Digitalization uses your information for the following purposes:

  • Processing your information to provide access to beta testing of the Diia application and the Diia portal.
  • The controller of the processed personal data is the technical administrator of the Diia portal - the state enterprise "Diia", which falls under the management of the Ministry of Digitalization.
  • Within the limits and in the manner necessary for the specified purpose, the Ministry of Digital Affairs transfers your information to third parties, including cross-border data transfer, namely the App Store and Google Play. You consent to such data transfer.

4. How does the Ministry of Digital Affairs store information?

Location of the processed personal data: De Novo data center, 04136, Kyiv, Pivnichno-Syretska Street, 1-3.

The information will be stored throughout the entire period of operation of the personal data subject's electronic account in the application and on the Diya portal. After the specified period, all information will be deleted.
